This is another one of Atolm's superb Romulan designs put into motion by Pepperman. This full mod (all textures, odf's etc.) in short looks fantastic. The textures are all there, the use of one of Rake's disruptors, a special weapon, everything! This will perfectly fit in with the other Romulan ships done by Pepperman as well, so you can truly bolster your Romulan armada now with a fleet of brand new ships designed to safe-guard the Romulan territories.

Obviously, as a cruiser, you'll want to make sure it's balanced to that, say of an Akira or Excelsior. I'd hazard a guess and say this was meant to be more powerful and almost as quick as an Intrepid, so if you can balance it to that, you should get some pretty decent game play out of it. All in all, it's a fantastic ship to add into your game, don't hazard a wait on the download.
