M16 with scope

Description
Here is a weapons modification that can be used in GTA VIce City and GTA San Andreas. The m16 assault riffle is a highly detailed and well made replacement for the m4. The M16 also has a scope on the top of the rifle which would add a more tactical approach if it were for a first person shooter. Although this mod will fire exactly the same as the stock version of the M4.
