Master Blasters Server Patch v1.1

This fixes the following bugs:

-Players no longer are permanently zoomed in if they are zoomed in prior to the round restarting with the sniper rifle.
-Boxes will now only fall if there are players in the sMaster Blasters has released an update to v1.1 for dedicated servers.
