Modern Police Replacement

Description
Here is a modification that will change the police force within GTA Vice City. This modification will replace the textures of the police officers, cars, helicopters (although not all of the helicopters) and SWAT Vans to that of a blue colour instead of the normal green and brown colours from the original stock version. These versions look a lot more modern and almost make Vice City look more like the late 90's and early 00's rather than the 1980s look the game already has.
