This is a small mod, as i tried to keep it small and expensive to keep the game balanced and tried to introduce it in the game like if it was always there in the first place, I also tried to give some new cool features and advWith this mod you can buy a 2 room basement to your house. This already includes personalized containers, a couple of unique static items and the rooms themes are already built.
