New! Gta San Andreas downgrade v2.0 to v1.0

Here is a second version of the downgrade for GTA San Andreas, this will downgrade from the 2nd version of GTA San Andreas to the 1st version of the game which supports all of the modifications. Apparently this one will also work with the steam version of the game. This downgrade patch should work with all of the modifcations that have been created for the game, including the CLEO mod (instructions have been included below or in the readme)
