Clan skins? Yay, just what I wanted to review!

OK, fine. Maybe not. Spoilsports.

Anyway, this pack sports six skins. One Jan, two Jawas, a Jedi Trainer and two Reborns. Let's take a brief look at each.

The Jan skin didn't work for me. Not in ModView or ingame. This is likely because the glm is called model_.glm, and there is no model_default.skin file.

Next up, is basically a Jedi Trainer, with some other textures from various sources slapped on him, and gold trimming over his chest plate. What you see is what you get.

The two Jawas are rather contrasting. One is plan paintbucket white with blue paintbucketed patches on it. I'm really not sure why anyone would want to use that, because aside from being blindingly bright, it looks horrible in-game when compared to the environments.

Jawa #2 is considerably better - it actually has texturing. The black doesn't look so bad because it's textured, and the blue effect looks pretty cool. I'd say this is the best of the pack, both aesthetically and technically.

Reborn #1 is a typical reborn reskin - torso and boots paintbucket black, red patterns, and a clan tag stuck on the back with no efforts made to blend it. The second reborn is better, but again, I get the feeling the skin textures are a transplant. Hood and boots are paintbucket black again, and various white symbols are pasted all over the skin with a disregard for blending.

Only the jawa skins seem to have sounds, and they're all annoying. Although the taunt for the second jawa was amusing for a few seconds, it grates on the nerves.

My advice to the author is to refine their technique, and learn to skin actual materials and new outfits. It'll be worth it in the long run. Personalising outfits is all well and good, but a totally unique outfit is far superior.

Anyway, this pack is overall simple, nothing really new or refreshing, but does have it's redeeming points. If you like the looks of it, or are a member of this clan, you'll probably be wanting to download it.
