Description As best I can tell, this is an attempt at making the Orcs into clowns.
The quality isn't great, and it is only the face.
I can see what he was trying to do, though I don't really think I'd describe this as a clown. The area around the eyes and mouth have been turned red like a clowns makeup, however the rest of the face appears black-grey.
