Installation Instructions:

Extract the .package into your The Sims 2 Downloads folder in "My Documents" and under "EA Games/The SimsThis lot is basically a "party palace". The cost is around $617,000 so unless you want to cheat to get a whole bunch of simoleons, it'll be awhile before you can buy this property.
