Personal Mod

Description
This is a simple compilation of mods that are not my own. Based on "Improved Sound Effects v1.3" and a few elements of "Ultimate Weapon Collection."

It also includes bits of an older mod allowing NPCs much more freedom and ambition to capture territory.

This mod is intended for people who have just installed vanilla CS and want a little extra something without radically changing the experience (ex. Oblivion Lost 2.2 for SHoC)

I wanted pistol ironsights with the excellent "Improved Sound Effects v1.3" including valuable mutant parts and more efficient Faction Wars. So here we are.
