Police Coach (Beta)

Description
Here is a Police Coach a fairly detailed replacement for the enforcer or any other similar vehicle of your choice within GTA San Andreas. While it is a good idea (and a good model), I'm not sure that it would any use for a riot van (well except for the amount of police that can fit inside), although there are good points though it does have flashing lights and it does look good in game. This will replace the enforcer within GTA San Andreas, and includes a custom made handling, carcols and vehicleid (collisions and damage models).
