Description
Here is an interesting modification that will allow you to have flashing headlights on any police car within GTA San Andreas, this will need a program called CLEO Library to install the police lights in the game. The main features of the mod are Extra flashing lights, different headlight flashes. Unfortunately there are no screenshots for this file but however there are two videos that show how the modification works.
