Removed FixedCam and WorldCam from camera cycle. Now the camera cycle is FollowCam -> ChaseCam -> ActionCam -> Third PersonCam -> back to FollowCam.
Improved decision making for the actionCam (and Third PersonCamfor both tdm and ctf.
