Q4F HOTFIX 0.02
| Changes from Alpha 001:
- Added reloading system (similar to q3f's)
- Fixed Rocket Launcher reload time

Notes: After q4f was released, many people were wondering (as the included readme states)
"WTF happened to reloading?". AHere is a small hot fix that will change the reloading system to one similar to that of quake 3 f and this also fixes the Rocket Laucher reload time.
