Note: This file is only for existing complete server
installations of ROCmod version 2.1c with Bots.
There is a separate fix for ROCmod 2.1c without Bots.

For ROCmThis file fixes both the penalty box behavior and the bot join code for the Bot-enabled ROCmod 2.1c.
