* shp command - Show you actual HP of client (if client use god mode, be automaticialy kicked)

*fixed several problems with tiered admin system from 1.2.9
(lvl 1 & 2 automaticialy LOST privilegies on map change - we are warned with red message
lvl3 (main admin) have saved privilegies.)

*removed COMBISTICK from weapon ban system

*changed BANS command,
{BANNED_WEAPONS}: XXX, XXX, XXX, XXX....
{BANNED_GRENADES}: YYY, YYY, YYY...
{BANNED_CHARACTERS}: ZZZ, ZZZ, ZZZ...

*SwearningFilter is now 100% work for:
Multiple curse words such as F*CK SH*T etc.

*more non need to known (for users) changes in code for more stability, and performance.

*added command for IPBAN client from console - ONLY if you use Rommie's dedicated server appliacation. ban ID
