this handling.cfg file will change sabres handling so it's better on offroad,faster acceleration and deceleration, topspeed is only 190 cause it has only 3 gears makes it faster to accelerate but it can't reach highspeeds. This has much more grip and power, although some features are taken from (sandking,bandito,) (turismo) and (patriot), (offroadcapabilty), (speed ), (stability)

V2.2 adds higher top speed still only 3 gears+ even more gripp and power + better
suspension

REMEMBER TO BACKUP THE handling.cfg
