This is a Rosh Penin reskin. Oh quit your hissing and hollering! If I were to classify it, I would call it a straight recolor with decals. It features a blue and white theme with several dragon cutouts pasted onto the arms, legs, and torso. Eyes and hair have been colored to match. This skin suffers from what most reskins suffer from - lack of creativity syndrome. Very little original work has been done here: hair and eyes have been recolored, clothing has been recolored, and dragons have been pasted on. It's a quick job, probably thought up spur-of-the-moment, and it lacks any kind of artistic flair.

That said, this particular recolor doesn't seem to have been done sloppily. The author has "colored in the lines" and not sprayed blue paint all over everything. I only wish the dragon decals had been worked into the skin somehow rather than been opaquely pasted on top. Especially the one on the torso, which spans over two surfaces which are supposed to be raised (the white cloth parts). This lack of depth really takes away from the skin.

Now on to the extras. NPC and bot support seem to be added, and team colors have also been included (and as before, hair and eyes match the team colors). The sounds have also been changed, so thankfully you won't have to listen to Rosh's voice. You will, however, have to listen to Boba Fett's voice. I find that a bit odd, since Boba Fett's voice comes from beneath a helmet, and yet this skin has no helmet... perhaps he has a sore throat? In any case, give it a download if you're into dragons, or just happen to like blue. It's not one of the worst recolors to ever grace this site, so it might be worth a look-see for some of you!
