Siren Sound Mod

Description
Here is an updated version of the last siren modification by admpln, this will replace the default siren sounds which include the Police, Ambulance, Firetruck and other emergency services. This will change the sounds so that they sound very similar to the Federal Signal Touchmaster Delta. There are tones for Wail and Yelp which are basically a more modern version of the default siren. The main changes between this version and the last version are that the quality has been improved and ther were some fixes to some bugs in game.
