Syfs Weapon Mod v1.0

Description
a balanced mod to to compliment most weapons. Falshlights added to just the pistol,shotgun(reload fixed and firerate increased),machinegun(firerate increased). Added rounds to the chaingun.plasma rifle radiates more light.This is a modification for DOOM 3 that adds flashlights to the pistol, shotgun, and machinegun as well as increasing the rate of fire for the shotgun and machinegun as well as making the plasma rifle radiate more light.
