Discription: This mod will add a retextured and combat improved Romulan Raptor to the
Romulan Star Empire's fleet. It is based (with permission) off of Cungi's Tal Shiar Warbird,
which is here: htThis is a nice retexture of the Romulan Raptor Class with a few tactical/combat adjustments thrown in for good measure.
