To setup, simply copy the Data folder into your Oblivion directory, that looks something like this:
C:Program FilesBethesda SoftworksOblivion

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
You do not require any custom dialogue mod or anything This is the Public Release, meaning this is the fully funtional polished shiny sparkly version. I may release updates, but that is NOT likely.
