The Doomsday Machine

Description
During the first third 5 year mission of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701 under the Command James T Kirk,stumbled across an ancient and powerful semi sentiant craft known only as the Doomsday machine, it fed on planets with which it sustained its exsistance, and if not for the loss of the USS Consitition would have threatened the Alpha quadrent. In 2369 another Enterprise, 1701-D under the command of Jean Luc Picard found another larger Doomsday machine with thanks to extended study the craft was developed an race that were at war with the Borg and the Doomsday machines were a last ditch effort to eradicate the borg threat once and for all.
