This MOD will install 12 TalThe Tal Shiar is a race mod designed to add the dreaded Romulan Tal Shiar to Legacy. The Tal Shiar consists of 12 ships, 4 for each era, playable as a new race (you will need Cungi's New Races Mod in order to use this mod).
