Description
A very small mod to modify the ChatFrames. There are no slash commands or GUI, to change any of the settings edit \'topChat.lua\' in a text editor such as notepad.exe.

topChat can (and does by deault)...
* put the ChatFrameEditBar on top of the ChatFrame
* make a list of channels sticky
* make a list of channels un-sticky
* enable the mousewheel for scrollback
* time stamp messages in DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME
* blocks spam in DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME
