This small, unarmed craft can be found shuttling passengers around space and atmospheric facilities where an \"old fashioned view\" is prefered over instant transportation. At 296 poly, you can have several of these on routes between your stations with little to no impact on your system. one good shot will probably send them flying off into the sunset, which should be entertaining when the klingons attack.
