Description Heres a nice mod that allows you to build under water! (hence the name;)) Basically you can build anything except, point defences, artillary, factories, air staging, stealth field, or radars. Meaning you'll have abit more space on those tight island battle maps.
This is definately a handy mod that gives more tactical options to any map that contains water. Also it s perfectly logical to think that if these buildings can be built under any atmospheric conditions, they'd also be water tight!
