Description Faction remove patches for VI-NPC Invulnerable 1.0

I felt the mod was somehow incomplete if you aren\'t able to choose which factions or NPCs should be invulnerable. Since the main idea was to make neutral stalkers invulnerable and not necessarily duty and freedom, too. So with these patches you can remove the invulnerability of duty and/or freedom.
