Walther's Simplified Enemy Health Bar

This was actually something I made totally due to personal preference. I thought that the original enemy health bar was too preciseI thought that the original enemy health bar was too precise, so I greatly simplified it. Now instead of knowing your opponents' health by increments of 2.5%, you now know by increments of 20%.
