QBR Mission

This is a rewrite of "Wrath of Khan v2.0". The reason for the rescripting is that, in the original, both ships start in the same location, at the same time. Also only one of the two missions was included in the originHere is the third version of the Wrath of Khan QBR mission, the only change is that the ships do not start at the same location.
