1. Download the IMG Tool 2.0 (www.gta-action.com, www.gtainside.com etc.).
2. Open the "gta3.img" in your GTA: San Andreas -> modelsHere is a very nice XM8 weapons modification, this will replace the M4 within GTA San Andreas.
