This map was part of Half-Life 2 Capture The Flag mod 1.4 and 1.5

The layout is a Combine base, A neutral area and a Rebel base eatch with their own atmosphere. The different area's are connected with a portal system. I got the idea from the HL2 lore, more specific the portalstorm events.
