Patch for the Hershio by Starforce2 and Mayhemuk

Drag the contents into your BC directory and overwrite. Delete scripts/ships/hardpoints/hershio.pyc if it exsists, and scripts/tactical/projectiles/hershioQ.pyc if it exsists.
