Description
This mod changes a couple of things;

- all three commanders health to 500000.
- Commanders now build faster.
- Uef Commander Upgrades: T2 and T3 Engineering build time is 1 sec.
- Cybran Commander Upgrades: T2 and T3 Engineering build time is 1 sec.
- All of Aeon Commander Upgrades build time are 1 sec.
