Male Chiss PC

Description
Having trawled the internet for a decent Male Chiss mod, I decided to attempt one myself. This is my first mod, so the edges are rough enough to cut yourself upon, but I feel it has promise. Changes for v1.1 will include greater detail on the face, especially the corners of the eyes and the hair behind the ear; glowing eyes, maybe; and making it so that the pmbala, pmbama and pmbasa.tga\'s do not turn all asian characters blue. And assistance or advice to these effects will be gladly and humbly recieved.
