Claude Speed VC

Description
Here is a skin modification that will replace the skin of Tommy Vercetti with the main character from GTA III Claude Speed (or the mute guy). This skin is fairly detailed, well made and would make a big difference in Vice City, although Claude will still speak with Tommys voice though. (Then again Claude doesn\'t have a voice so that doesn\'t make any difference!)
