Frozen Luke

Description
This is the author's first skin, and he has tried to make a ''frozen'' Luke. When I first saw this I was thinking something more of a ''Frostbitten Luke on Hoth''. But no, the author has tried to make Luke look like an ice cube, or at least something similar to one. It looks like the author went over with a lot of blue, then kept adding differing shades of blue. So it's basically an all blue Luke. My main suggestion would to make it a bit more uniform, maybe lay off of the blue a little bit.
So if you like blue, or Luke reskins, this might be for you.
