To install the skins, first copy the t_tiger.dds files, and the t_strand.dds file. Then go to the directory where you installed Black and White, (Most likely C:Program filesLionhead StudiosBlack & White 2, if C: is your hard drive), and select the foIce Tiger, a good change for the good, evil and neutral tiger.
