Outcast V5

Description
This skin had some potential, but didn\'t quite live up to it. I\'m not what what it\'s supposed to be, but after seeing it, I thought [i]cyborg[/i]. It also reminded me of that guy from G.I. Joe, with the metal mask thing.

Anyway, most of what has been done to this skin is some color tweaks, desaturations, and some flat lines drawn. In-game, it doesn\'t look half bad, but when you look at the textures themselves, you see that the lines are \"flat\". This is a pretty neat skin, try it out if you like. Team skins only change the lines on the torso and face from grey to red, or blue.

Suggestions: Work on shading. It looks like you may have used Paint to do this. Thankfully, you didn\'t just erase and paintbucket it.
