Like the author says, it's a Jaden reskin of Walter Dolnez. I didn't know [i]who[/i] he was until googling him up and I was amazed at how accurate the skin looks!

He has almost everything you would excpect: the monocle, the trousers, the shirt with the yellow straps, the shoes and the pale face.(and more)
The only mismatches I found were that the hair seemed too grey and there was no pony tail at the back of his head, but it's a reskin and so nothing extra is added.

Also included are red/blue and dark variations. The red and blue are the same skin but with the shirt being a different colour and the dark skin has a darker suit *hence the name* and a 'healthier' colour on his face.

From what I could find, he has two sounds - a death and taunt, both of which I found pretty funny :)

So.. all in all it's a very good reskin in my opinion and I think Jaden was an excellent choice as there are few things missing.
