A Golden Wake

Demo version of A Golden Wake, adventure game produced by independent American studio Grundislav Games in cooperation with Wadjet Eye Games, known for games such as The Shivah, Blackwell, Gemini Rue or Resonance.
The events presented in the game take place in the twenties, in Coral Gables, Florida. The main protagonist is Alfie Banks, ordinary real estate agent, who dreams of quick enrichment. He gets entangled with suspicious types and takes part in shady business. In course of the game he meets corrupt politicians and government officials, smugglers of various sorts, shady dealers, mafia and guns for hire. The story presented in the game is loosely based on real events and uses historical figures and locations.
