This is the Universe at War Demo by Petroglyph Games.

The Game Contains a Tutorial with some basic Commands for Camera Controls and moving units etc. It also contains 2 missions from the Full Game for the Hierarchy Faction which includes one of the screenshots seen in the Cutscene Trailer on UAWfiles.

It is well worth a Download and I personally can\'t wait for the full game to come =D
