Description This is a simple mod that makes changes to the Novus and Hierarchy races. The changes are wholly cosmetic and have no effect on game balance whatsoever.
The modifications include a complete reskin of the two races including units, structures and the user interface. Also, the mod reshuffles many weapon and explosion particle effects. Some effects where left unchanged because the official mod tools are not released yet and are required to edit those effects.
