Resident Evil Handcannon

Description
Here is a weapons modification for GTA Vice City, this is a weapon based upon the Handcannon magnum as seen in the PS2, Gamecube, Wii and PC game Resident Evil 4. This weapon was apparently designed to decapitate people with one shot, although it probably won't do this as effectively in Vice City but it probably is just as powerful. An interesting weapon to have in Vice City and also recommended for those that want to see weapons from the resident evil series in GTA.
