AI Torpedo

Description
This mod gives the Ai some basic torpedo launch capability from ships, such as PT's and Destroyers. The aim isn't the best, but because some ships like Destroyers have multiple tubes, properly modded they'd probably still hit something. This mod requires ships to be set up to fire torpedo, so if the modder didn't intend it for use with this mod, you'll need some basic modding knowledge to make it fire them. I've included
