Description
This mod adds T3 scouts to each faction.
Each scout has a special ability and omni.

Aeon: Teleport
UEF: radar jamming
Cybran: cloaking

To activate the Cybran and UEF abilities, you must activate the radar (with the radar toggle button), if I did it with seperate buttons you coould turn the radar or ability of and get the other for no cost.
