Description
A small ship, with a crew of about 73, that served as a testbed for an experimental interphase generator-based cloaking device in 2368.
During the tests, the ship experienced a catastrophic malfunction of its warp core, but was able to return to Romulan space, thanks to assistance rendered by the Enterprise-D.
This ship model was a modification of the Romulan scout from TNG \"The Defector\".
