[1.1] Weapons Improvements:

Desert Eagle:
Damage increased slightly. (10 to 12)
Magazine Size Reduced. (8 instead of 10)
Fire Rate Increased Slightly. (5 RPS)
Full Auto Fire.
Fires Physical Projectiles. (1200 Feet Per Second)
New Fire Sound.

Shotgun:
Magazine Size Changed. (5 Rounds instead of 10)
Rate Of fire increased Slightly. (1 RPS instead of 0.85 RPS)
New Fire Sound.

Double Barrel Shotgun:
Number Of Pellets increased. (From unrealistic 7 to 14)
Damage Decreased. (From 10 to 6 due to double pellets)
New Fire Sound.

M-416:
Damage Increased Slightly. (12 from 10)
Rate Of Fire Increased. (~800 RPM from 600)
Magazine size increased. (50 rounds from 40)
Fires Physical Projectiles (2400 Feet Per Second)
New Fire Sound.

Sniper Rifle:
Damage increased for zoomed mode. (450 from 300 which was equal to unzoomed damage)
Increased Zoom (6x from 4x)
Fires Physical Projectiles. (3200 feet per second)
New Fire Sound.

Rocket Launcher:
Rocket Speed increased slightl. (50 from 30 Feet per second)

Grenade Launcher:
Made grenades drop due to gravity.
New Fire Sound.

Cannon:
Changed Cannonball size. (From 3x to 1x (size of the ammo pickup))

Minigun:
Changed Rate of fire. (From 600 rpm to 2000 rpm)
Decreased Damage. (20 to 16 due to increased ROF)
New Fire Sound.

Laser Gun:
No Changes

C4:
No Changes

[1.2] Item Improvements:

Health Items:
Sterioid bottles now give 2 health instead of a measly 1!

Armor Items:
Plates now gives 2 armor instead of a crappy 1!
Helmets are now reinforced, giving 15 armor instead of 10!
Light Vests now have extra padding giving 30 armor instead of 25!

Ammo Pickups:
Minigun boxes now give 2x ammunition due to the mini guns fire rate.
Closed shell boxes now gives 20 shells.

Suicide Bombers:
Matched their speed to player speed.
Lowered their damage slightly.

Keer Skeleton:
Lowered their damage slightly

Mechanoid Minor:
Increased Health By Half.

Mechanoid Major:
Increased Health to 1000.

Arachnoid Soldier:
Increased Health Slightly.

Arachnoid Commander:
Increased health Slightly.
Decreased Damage Slightly.
Decresed Engagement Range.

Minigun Turrets:
Changed them to match minigun specs.

Khnum:
Increased health to 2000

Werebull:
Increased Health Moderately.

Tweaked Player Pupper slightly
Normal yeilds 1.2x more ammo.

Overall:

Complete replacement of sound

Desert Eagle:
Changing of encyclopedia and name
Possible new model. Sugestions are open!

Shotgun:
Changing of weapon totaly to possibly a SPAS12

Double Barrel Shotgun:
None for now.

M-416:
Editing of skin to correct the cartridge for the gun. (5.56x40mm isnt STANAG 5.56x45mm is)

Sniper Rifle:
Maybe a new model.

Rocket Launcher:
No changes needed.

Grenade Launcher:
No changes needed.

Cannon:
No changes needed.

Minigun:
No changes needed.

Laser Gun:
Possible change of sounds.

C4:
Possible tweaking.

General Tweaking to improve ballance

Use of already made sound packs or model packs with
concent of authors.

Hopefuly increase individual max ammo reserves.

Hopefuly Complete overhaul incorporating others model packs ect Any proposals give me a PM!

3: KNOWN BUGS:

Bullets do not always hit at close range, I know of 3 ways to fix this but i am unable to do it for now.

A) Change the origin of the bullet model (bullet.mdl) As the origin is at the tail, it should be at the tip.

B) Change the properties that governs default physical flying bullet entity.

C) Somehow convert the gun to fire projectiles like the laser gun.

Bullets sometimes glitch enemys into flying through the air. Yet again this is due to the way the physical flying bullet works. Ive not been able to locate a file to change this.
