This new 2.0 version of the patcher moves away from the unpredictable hex edit method to a new and fool proof method by Microsoft to change the DLLCharacteristics of a file.
The best part is that you no longer have to disable DEP! Just simply select your Manhunt folder and it will patch your exe to work on Windows Vista and Windows 7.
Here are some default locations,

For retail versions, it should be C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Manhunt
For the Steam version, it should be C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\manhunt

The current version of the patcher is 2.0
